We are presently shifted to Mahanadi vihar, cuttack, it so happened that, a man (named Surya) from LG Service center, voluntarily came to our house to install our 2ton Ac machine, and it so happened he broke our machine, charged Rs 2400, and also made wrong fittings of the external pipes (pipes are left hanging improperly leading to draining of water indoors.

Since we are new to the area, we are left nowhere, now when we approach a alternative mechanic, they are again demanding exhorbitant rates as they need to reinstall, we request you to guide and take action immiediatly.
