Respected Sirs,

I am so confuse since last few months that how we can do business. and also i so fear with my neighbour who fired me by RIVOLVER to me in my plot.

My company name is Micron Minerals, I am having plot in GIDC - porbandar. M/s. Jamuna maiya Ice factory owner is my neighbour and since last 15 months (when i purchase a plot) he is having jealoussy on me and he is torturing and disturbing in my buisiness by wrong application's in Government and un Government office's like...

1 - PGVCL - porbandar,

2 - GIDC - Junagadh,

3 - GPCB, deptt. - jamnagar & gandhinagar.

For disturbing me and to spoil my business and my reputation.

More over, he was firing to me on dtd :- 10/06/09 by his own Rivolver and that for i must do compalint in GIDC POLICE STATION in Porbandar.

Present, During two months he again send wrong application's to GIDC officer (s) at Rajkot and Junagadh and to GPCB - officer to Gandhinagar. We are doing business as per Government's rules and regulation and surely legal work, yet some officers support him for torturing in our business.

so i request you to please help us and do needful in our work. so we can do business without fearing and with right rules and regulations.
