I had purchase a life insurance (20 year money back policy with profit) on 1988. But due to some financial constraints, I could not continue the same after paying three year premium (06 half yearly premium). The insurance have matured on Dec.

After waiting for 06 moths to receive the closing balance, I have made a application to your office (BURDWAN-1) for the claim on 13-05. It was surprise to know that there was no record on your computer database for the policy. Putting a great effort by my AGENT and good cooperation of the D O and BRANCH MANAGER, the matter was forwarded to ASSANSOLE Office for database entry. Though I have given a reminder about the matter on 07 Jul still the data base has not been updated. This is against the reputation of the corporation having best claim settlement record in insurance sector.

It is, therefore, requested to look into the matter seriously to remove the hurdles as and where required. The necessary details of the policy are given below for your ready reference.
