Sir, I have taken LIC Policy no. 512579526 on 28.10.2003 from LIC Branch officr Barh (Bihar) against my son Mr Sangam Yadav but till date neither LIC Policy Bound papers received from LIC Office nor any reply so far. I have been requested many time to LIC Barh in writing and after appearing before officer. During my visit in LIC Barh Branch, the Branch Manager was replied that concerned Bound Form for Table No. 50 not available in branch and subject Bound will be provided on receipt from Main Branch but till date no action so far. Beseds, I have paid every premium continuously since 2003 to till date. Please look into the matter personally and direct concerned to send the my policy bound papers to my address.
