Advance & 1Extra ECS deducted from bank A/c

Sir,

I am a Policy Holder of LIC for last 10 months but the statement provided was missing 1 ECS which was debited from my bank A/c but not reflected in statement for that I even complain to my agent but he did'nt reply for a month & give silly escuses ever time I call him, kindly look in to the matter seriously and i am beginer lic policy holder & its my harden money pls reply me as a student..

Policy no.893964857 & 893964856 kindly rectify the same & reply pls provide better sevice throug mail.
