Non regularistion of loan repayment

Sir, I Had taken loan from LIC policy no.600610788 at DEVARKONDA, Nalgonda, A.P (branch-73E) policy loan amount paid through ICICI bank cheque no.648893 amount of Rs.20000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only) cheque was cleared on 29.08. Now I had verified at LIC Devarkonda branch office the same amount is not yet posted in my LIC account, so I had given a written compliant to Branch manager on 22.12. but as on date no action has been taken

So I am requesting to you please resolve the same and regularise from 29.08.2008
