no.430318962, The beleghata branch, kolkata refused me for payment. when I contact your official Miss/Mrs susmita over telephone she refused me for payment

and her behaviour also rough. Way of talking is not good. My agent Sri Ram Kumar Paral every day visit that office Since long time but no result has come from this office. Therefore I am requesting you please take rustick action against this woman and solve my problem as early as possible. Thanks.
