NOT PAID OF BUNUS

My policy Number is 554773096. I had a address chage and updated the same in policy records timely. I had a bonus refund due in yr 2009 on this policy and it has not been paid till now. I enquired about it one month back and came to know that it has been send to old address. I gave the application again as the records were not updated.. I was told that i will get the cheque in 1 week and nothing is done. The Phone no given by them is always busy, and even it you get the line they will put it on hold. Kindly do help me.
