Premium Dispute

Hi, I have opted for the money back policy last year policy # 124382056 Premium in Lic book was Rs.24302/- 1st year i paid Rs.24802/- because my agent said this is mandatory to pay Rs.500/ for accidental insurance in 1st premium only, after that it will not charged to you again. But when yesterday i had given my 2nd premium by cheque of Rs.24302/- Agent & Lic had both declined to accept the same amount they were asking for more rs.500/-. I told them to cancel that accidental insurance and accept the same amount cheque. but they didn't accept. Even i hadn't opted for the Accidental insurance. Please let me know what to do next.
