Disability Benifit

Dear Sir,

Myself Suresh Harrai Desai and having LIC Policy no. 873473469 and I was regularly paying Premium for the same till 2008. I met with and Accident on 11-11 had Spinal Cord Injury and now I am Paraplegia Patient (Handicapped) won't be able to stand on legs (100% disabilty). I have applied for the Disability benefit to LIC of India, Pratapnagar Branch, Vadodara in the Month of MMar but they have rejected my claim. Kindly look into the matter and help me out.

As per LIC record my Policy is INFORCE.
