Online payment issue

Hi,

Today i have paid my premium Rs.4028 through ICICI netbanking in LIC website. Amount has been debited from my bank account. But Receipt has not been generated from LIC web site.it says that " getting transaction status fails". When i check it in a bank, they gave me the transaction number for this payment to track. transaction number is 0175568716.

i am not able to lodge compliant in LIC's website also. it says complaints can be lodged after 6 days of payment. my Policy number is 753555698

Please help me on this
