Delay in Income Tax Refund fo A.Y.09

Sir/Mam,

With reference to my Income Tax refund of A.Y. 09.I hereby inform you that my TDS (Tax Deducted at source) for above mentioned year is Rs. 99, 923, which is not matching with the Tax Credit given to me by Income Tax Deptt i.e. 84579. So, the I.T. Deptt. is not processing my Refund.

In connection to this i filed complaint in I.T. Deptt. & LIC both but still the issue is not solved.
