LIC premium receipt

I have paid the premium for the following two policies (both in my name) on December 23, through Citibank web site, using Citibank credit card. It is almost one month, I have not received the premium payment receipt for either of these.

Policy Number: 121543835

Please let me know if the premium has been received and issue a receipt for the same at the earliest.
