Demand of money against claim settlement

Hi

I Pankaj Kumar holding a policy by the name of my Father (Late. Suresh Singh) Policy no-273099262, my father was expired in the month of july, few months back only they took a policy, after his death we are struglling for claim of same. first of all we never got our Bond, and after that same agent is demanding Rs.10000/- for claim settlement. i belong to very poor family and my boss is helping me.
