Respected Sir,

It is unfortunate to bring to your notice that death claim of my father Late Shri S.N.Upadhyay (I.P.S.) has not been given even after 8 months of filing the claim.(nominee- my mother Shrimati Kamla Upadhyay)

This has been the situation even after repeated reminders & tracking of the file by shri D.N.Pandey, Manager, LIC branch Saket, Meerut & Shri M.M, Malviya, A.O., LIC, Kanpur zone, to the concerned LIC branch at Shahjahanpur (U.P.). It has been a very callous situation at Shahjahanpur LIC branch.

Infact all the other claims of his policies have been met long before, thus it is all the more unfortunate that this particular claim has has not been met even after so many months & efforts.

Therefore I request you to please deal with matter on an urgent basis as it has already been very delayed.
