UNAUTHORISED DEBIT BY UNKNOWN SOURCE

On 06-04 my savings bank account viz. Neela Chandrasekaran 01010100129577 was debited with a sum of Rs.10256.70 towards LIC 000000162389. None of the way it is pertains to me nor I gave any mandatory to debit my SB account to the Insurance Company automatically. I AM NOT A POLICY HOLDER OF YOUR ORGANISATION AND IT IS ALARMING.

PLEASE SEE THAT THE AMOUNT IS RECREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY.
