Not giving the claims

I Kamar Khan wife of late shri SARWAR KHAN died on 05-12 is facing problems in getting my payment of insurance policy no. :- 122661836 done by agent :- ANJU JHA. The LIC is not listning our complaints and everytime we go to their office they require new documents. All documents have been submitted by us in the OFFICE. Everytime we go to their office the officers treat us like their servants, and everytime they say that we have more cases to look at. You are not the only one and they are not answering us properly. This case has been delayed by the officers since last year.
