Non receipt of LIC 4 yearly money back

1. I had taken a LIC policy in 2004 (policy No 483483059). The premium date is 08 July. I am supposed to get my 4 yearly money back of about 20, 000/- plus amount on 08 July. However, i have not yet got the same. i was waiting for the same to pay my yearly premium of Rs. 9398/-. But, the company has not yet responded to my queries. My personal details are given below :-
