Lic death claim
Not settled death claim after nearly 4 yrs

I, Mamta Bajaj, want to register complaint against LIC for delay and then rejection of the death claim for the policy no. 122380702 in the name of my late husband Mohit Bajaj for which I have submitted all the papers in September and sent LIC a lot of reminders for which I have Photostat copies and speed post slips. But I have not received its claim till date. The other policy is 121830378 again in the name of my late husband Mohit Bajaj for which I have got only Rs 50, 000/- but insured amount is Rs. 1, 00, 000/- bonus Rs. 22, 500/- total amount is Rs. 1, 22, 500. I would like to know the reason for this also and pending claim of the other policy 122380702 also. LIC has unnecessary delayed the claims of the above mentioned two policies.and now rejected one case and paid half the amount of other on ex gratia basis, on the basis of some medical reasons, the above said policies are passed through medical officer of LIC also. I am regular client of LIC and having six policies in my name but after the delay from LIC, I have a bitter experience and want to discontinue my other policies also.
