False Commitment of 3G Home Shop

I am writing to express my disgust upon learning of the deceptive practices of 3G Home Shop service in which they are Distributing gift for Rs. 50000 by paying Rs. 2498, and i have paid the same through my credit card on 11th june, after that i got a call from their Senior Manager - Accounts Mr. Rajeev Sharma (Telll no. 01164714329) and he informed me that you won Rs. 1 Lacs cash prize but he said that before getting this amount you need to pay service charges i.e. Rs. 7999 which i have paid through my credit card on same day and same time, after paying Rs. 10497/- i came to know that i won some Jewelry, shoes and sun-glass, however I refused to receive the same.

I requested them many times to refund my money back but they are saying money can not be refunded, hence i request your help to get my money back from this fraud company.

I have never seen such unethical business practices.
