Return of Processing Fee against Housing Loan Application

With reference to my Housing loan (HL) application to LIC HFL for Balance Transfer (BT) of my existing HL from ICICI Bank Ltd.

I had applied loan amount Rs.25 Lakh in the month of June.2008 and Rs.5618/= given as processing fee through cheque no.114018 with all required documents required for the processing of my application.

After taken the processing fee amount there was not progress shown in my case then I did multiple follow-up on the phone/emails, but till date no response.

Also all the hard copies of above emails communications were send to his office “Mr. Ajay Agarwal, Area Manager, LIC HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED, 2 / 152 - A, 1st Floor, Dholpur House, M.G. Road, AGRA - 282 001. U.P. INIDA”. If you need I will forward you the communications.

I need my below concerns should be sort out.

1.There was no Approval Letter send to my address for my home loan application.

2.If there is no approval letter is signed between LIC and me then how Mr. Ajai Aggarwal could cash the cheque.

3.There was no communication done by LIC team and only I was following up with them.

4.During the Address verification LIC agent were asking for BRIBE and same has been communicated to Mr. Ajai Aggarwal but no response from his side.

5.On which grand they have REJECT my application there was no communication sent to me.

6.Mr. Ajai was not responding back to my emails/phone which gives me lot of Mental Harassment.

7.If they have rejected my application then they to return back my processing free.
