Slow, indifferent, lethargic staff

I had my LIC LIFE INSURANCE POLICY lying as a collateral with LIC HFL. On matutity, the same was delivered to me after rigorous follow-up. I SURRENDERED THE maturity amount to LIC HFL, and requested them to refund the same to me. But, thereafter, I have been just calling, calling & calling these buggards, without any result. I regret having opted for LIC HFL .NOBODY IS SERIOUS, RESPONSIBLE, HERE.ALL ARE DAMP LOGS! NO WONDER, THE HIGHEST OFFICIALS ARE CORRUPT! REST OF THE STAFF ARE ON PAID HOLIDAY FOREVER! I PITY THIS PSU!
