Return of original documents

I had received a loan of Rs. 500, 000/- in Oct for purchase of residence no. 705, sector-9 Faridabad. (Loan A/c no. 14011050001 and application no. 14020190). Loan is fully paid in April.

Branch office has not sent me any official communication till date. On enquiry I am told that loan is fully paid and I have to contact Asaf Ali Road Office for original documents. From Asaf Ali Road office I am not getting any information

i. when I have to visit them for getting original document.

ii when LIC HFL shall be returning me the excess amount paid
