Wrong Account Balance & unfair Service

Dear Sir,
I had availed housing loan from LICHFL Faridabad branch (LA No. 11054471) and have been paying the EMIs through PDCs.
My PDCs for the month of Dec and Feb have not been debited from my bank account and I was not given timely information by Faridabad Branch for replacement of the same and neither forwarded the returned cheques / bank letter copy when repeatedly asked my me.
Instead, Faridabad Branch sent the letter showing wrong dues and even the cheque no 875266 debited from my account and paid to LICHFL on 18 Jan for the EMI of Jan has been shown as unpaid by Branch Manager, Faridabad.
The Branch is not showing my account balance correctly and not responding properly to my complaint letters. Instead the branch issued me a legal notice based upon false facts. I have been paying the EMIs regularly and wish to clear the correct dues immediately but canot accept misappropriation in my loan account and unfair customer service. I am also apprehensive of some malafide intensions of Faridabad branch Office. The scanned copies of my complaint letter dated 10 May sent to Area Manager, Faridabad are attached.
Your necessary intervention is requested for proper action against LICHFL Faridabad Branch.
