UN LAWFULL CHARDED AMOUNT

I took housing loan from LIC HFL Haldwani on 3/9 A/C N0 50704417Appl. No 455590 after completion of the home I applied for additional loan for fencing on dated 3 /1 paying Rs1123/ through cheq no 26601and again on dated 15 / 4 / 2009 paying Rs 1103 /- through cheque no 26606 but unfortunately they turn-down my application without returning the above mentioned amount. When i approached Bank of Baroda to full-fill my need and got my loan transfer d. LIC HFL charged me heavy pre- closer charges .kindly look into the matter and make them refund unlawful amount charged by them
