Not accepting state bank details

My wife is the LIC Employee. I want to take over my housing loan from SBI to LIC HFL Ltd., When I submitted the list of documents from the State Bank of India to the Lic Hfl authorities, the Area Manager wants to bring the List of Documents in SBI Letter Head. But they (SBI) already given in Computer letter. Now they are not giving in Letter head paper. What to do now? The Area Manager is Mr. Sri Ram, LIC.HFL. Ltd, Coimbatore Area.
