Processing fees not return

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was apply for HOME LOAN on last year also paid processing fees Rs.10, 000 at same time. after two month they rejected my Home loan but not return my processing fees.they told me that processing fees is not refundable.

but if you rejected my home Loan then you should return my processing fees also.

what is wrong on my point?

Pls help me for retun my money.
