Refund of processing fee for home loan

Respected Sir,

I had applied for home loan to LIC home loan in april and till date nothing has happened i had requested to stop the process as there was no update from LIC.

Also i had requested to refund the processing fees as there was no action taken since 9 months.

I have written email to concern branch almost 10 email. Since i am staying in chennai. I only got reply that they have forwarded the request to the concern branch. After that i did not get any response it is almost 3 weeks.

Could you please help to how i can get this refund back.
