Dear Sir / Ma’am

This is Nikhil Shah,

I had applied for loan from LIC housing finance, I also got the sanction letter for loan amount of 17, 00, 000 Rs.

I paid 1800 Rs. as a application fees

Rs. 3500 as notary charges

Rs 28000 as Processing Fees.

2 days before the disbursement of loan I was told that my my loan cannot bt processed.

If loan cannot be processed, I shall be getting back Rs.28000 which I paid towards the processing charges.

Branch manager refused to meet me several times.

Kindly look into the matter to avoid legal actions
