Loan Prepayment and Monthly Payments

Dear Sir,

First of all, i would like to request everyone to avoid LIC Housing laons for buying new house. The day i have availed the loan i am suffering every minute from this company. My Loan account number 17067013587

There is no proper communication to the customers about the interest rates. There is no communication if any technical error with monthly emi payment. No use of ECS standing order. You need to keep visitng the branch for sorting out issues with your loan. There is no customer service

Recently i made part payment of 3 lakhs in october. But after repeated calling to the branch and emails they did adjust the loan after 2 months.. No adjustement of the interest for 2 months. Night mare to get adjusting the amount.

My monthly emi payment for Jan didnt go through because there was a technical error in takeing the payment from ICICI Bank. After repeated trying i could contact branch office in visakhapatnam. They suggest to come in the branch and pay the amount and sign for new ECS form. Which i cannot do as i stay oustide india. I request to look into the matter and help is very much appreciated.
