EMI CALULATED ON HIGHER AMOUNT

Hi,

i have taken a loan against loan no-11056608. disbursed amount was 26.5 lacs while EMI done on 27 lacs. 3877 rs was charges against pre emi charges. as per them my cheque was made on 29.06.10, while i got it disbursed on 12.07.10. while it was not intimated that cheque was made on29.06. when i tried to contact MR. Ashutosh (Area Manager). he refused to meet me. kindly help me get this done.
