Loan is not getting sanctione

Hi,

My Brother Saravanan S applied for home loan when he is in India 7 months back. The amount of 11, 000 /- Rs has been paid for loan application procedure and the discussion with the Manager and all necessary documents are submitted. But still the bank is delaying the sanctioning of the loan and asking for some documents which has been provided 7 months back.

Please help us on this regard.
