>i had applied for housing loan through mr naresh mehta of ggn. he has taken all the related papers and check no 996561 amount 5515rs. dated 15/4/10. my loan could not be sanctioned due to my age. but my cheque was not returned to me and cashed in account of lic housing finance. when i asked mr mehta he said that your cheque will not be returned. this has been cashed by lic. while submitting the papers and cheque i was told by mr mehta that your cheque will be cashed if the loan is granted to you but now he is saying that you will not get the cheque. pl return my above amount as the loan has not been granted to me.
