Changed Loan interest Rate fixed to Floting without any notice

Dear Sir,

i Nirmla Rani. i had taken a loan under loan A/c 050405022 in june (for 12 years and EMI is 12992/-) from lic housing finance Ltd.

SCO-18, Feroz Gandhi Market, Ludhiana.i had taken it a fixed rate of interest but after that they are changed into floting rate without

any periour notice, which bank cheqeus i had given them that bank account had closed by me. i had inform them by written letter. but after that they charged me cheque dishonour. Now that additional interest Bank charges recovery charges all are unjustified.

kindly help me get this done
