Non return of policy bond

I had taken loan from LICHF in reference to above a/c from your Gomti Nagar, Lucknow branch. Four of my policies, issued from LIC Allahabad (UP) branch have been assigned in your favour. My policy numbers are as follows: 210108136, 310161153, 310469315 and 310813014 with due acknowledgement from your officer. Loan is fully paid. Only policy no 310469315 has been returned to me. Rest were not traceable in your Lucknow office.

On my repeated complaints duplicate policy bonds for policy no210108136, 310161153 were issued. Policy bond for policy no310813014 is still pending six months of loan payoff.
