Application of loan still waiting

Hi,

I have applied for a loan on 18th Jan'2011 still i have got it and after each and every 15 days they start asking for a new paper, I have given all the required paper and even they have taken their all fee and still I am waiting for my Loan Amount. I am fed up of it everyday I am going to their office at Asaf Ali Marg, Delhi but they are not even talking to me and telling me why my cheque is not delivered to me.
