Delay in Loan Disbursement

Dear Sir,

I had applied for home loan from your Jalandhar branch (through an agent at Jammu) about one year back and my 1st disbursement was made in the month of October’09, only after giving so many visits to agent’s office at Jammu as well as at Jalandhar office also. My house is almost in the final stage of construction and the 2nd disbursement is not being made so far. Even the representatives at Jalandhar office will not show me the exact scenario of my loan case and also they have not picked up my phone for my quarries. I also even don’t know my loan case number as well as my application number.

So kindly process my case at an earliest as after completion of my home, what is the fun of that amount.

I dont know, if the 1st disbursement took around 9 months then what will happen in 2nd disbursement.
