Postponing the sanctioned loan

LIC has sanctioned me a Home Loan. I paid processing fees if INR 13, 000/-. I applied for loan on 3rd March. I have provided all documents as LIC representative demanded for loan disbursment, They promised me that they will disburse my loan within 15 working days. After paying processing fees, there is no reply from their side. Whenever I am following up for it they are telling different reasons and demanding other documents. After providing those documents, they are still postponing the loan.

Please Guide me.
