RATE OF INTEREST HIKE DETAILS

Dear Sir,

i got an sms reg ecs deduction amount for rs 16589 whereas my regular deduction of emi is 15390 as per the sms they asked me contact 23440533 for clarification. then i enquired about the details about deduction amt the above said no to my surprise nobody is in a position to clarify and they have given my other no 23440531 there i enquired the lady told we are not concerned and she gave another no which is not working.i am very much upset with the way LIC people of Ameerpet/central office is dealing with the customer. I tried to contact secunderabad branch where as no response on the phone. I am vexed with service of LIC empoyees.pl. resolve my problem.
