Pre-Payment

I had visited gurgaon office (LIC Housing Finance Limited) to make the partial pre-payment against my loan account 011043046 on 5th May. Have provided all the necessary documents related to satisfy that the in payment is being made from self-income instead of any other loan/sources.

I was told that they will present the cheque in 3-4 working days & it is already more than 20 days but the cheque of pre-payment has not been presented.

Even 2-3 attempts of telephonic follow-ups have not resulted positive as everytime the excuse is that the concerned person is not in his seat.

This way the interest is charged on higher pricipal base which i intended to bring down by making partial pre-payment. This is really unethical practice.

Please do the needful so that the action is taken without further delay.
