Un precedendent delay in processing

Dear friends, pl.donot prefer L..I.C.housing finance ltd for your housing loan products. They are not customer friendly and also the officials themselves donot know the procedure of loan. Their aim is only to grab the processing fees from us and make us to wander from pillar to post. I had a worst experience at velacherry branch that my applicaton has been rejected after six months by showing the reason that i had settlement status at cibil report. Though they have all the right to show the reasons, will they bear the the loss incurred due to their delay. No right reply received from L.I.C.for my letter.
