REPAYMENT OF RS 5 LAKHS NOT ACCOUNTED

From the loan Account (64402408) statement, it was observed that an amount of Rs 500000 is not adjusted for deduction on 20.04.2011 from the previous outstanding balance. This is to mention here that I have submitted two cheques of 5 Lakhs each totalling Rs 10 Lakhs for deduction. Only 5 lakhs is adjusted instead of Rs 10 Lakhs. This is very unfortunate to observe such a mistake. It reflects very serious burden on the individual and wrong impression on the company also. Interest is calculated on the outstanding balance and without the effect of Rs 5 Lakhs, my interest and principle amount is more. In view of this, I request your kind office to correct the mistake and intimation may be given accordingly. A fresh statement is also requested to be attached for reference.
