Even after repayment of loan original documents are given

I have taken loan to purchase a flat from Lic housing finance ltdm.my loan a/c no is 430701438

now i repaid all my loan amount on 24/11/09 but til date i have not

received my original loan file.and for that i am getting very heavy

loses. its too much delay .pl halp.
