Ask fees again for revalidation

This is regarding file no. 308238. I gave a payment of INR 1103 vide cheque no. 199693 as fees. It was never told that if it is not processed within 06 months, I have to pay it again. The agent was Ram babu of Gurgaon LIC Housing Finance Branch (9910727636). On last friday, he even took papers stating that the file needs to be revalidated without mentioning any fees. Today I received a call from him stating that I have to give my papers again along with fees. Soory to say very unprofessional and these agents are spoiling LIC's brand value. Take strict action against them and do the needful so that the fees is not taken again for revalidation.
