Showing defaulter for paid instalments

Respected Sir,

I am Sita Ram H. NO. 203 Ward No. 3 Kahangarh Road Patran Dist Patiala (PB). I got a loan from L.I.C Housing Finance Ltd. On 19-11 for Rs. 4, 50, 000. Regarding it, I am paying regular EMIs (besides one of May which I have paid along with the EMI of Nov). But inspite it, L.I.C is showing me defaulter for two instalments of May and March. They useuly make me disturb by making phone calls and sending court notices and they always charge much money as its expencies. Regarding it I have shown slips of these instalments and have spent more than five thousands rupee to get correction cleard, but they always give me a date for two or three months . respected Sir Now I’ve been very sick of it and I want to make a complaint against them through you for recovering my extra charged expences. Plz take any legal step against it.
