HOUSING LOAN A/C 11037236 2% Pre clousure Charges against the NHB Circular dated 18-10

we have pre-closed our said H/ Loan A/c with LICHF Ltd, ASAF ALI Road New Delhi Vide Ch No 000577 dated 22-11 diposited at Area manager office Noida, They have charged 2% Pre clousure charges agaist NHB Circular dated 18-10.

It is requested kindly refund the excess charges to me.
