Non Receipt of original documents on closure of loan account

Sir,

I had taken loan from LIC Housing Finance Ltd., Nagpur Branch for buying flat. I had closed my loan account on 7th February. I was told to collect original documents on 14th May. On 14th May, I went to the office of LICHFL at Nagpur and after waiting for 2 hrs., I was told that my papers have not reached their office. I have been continously following up with the office, but till date, I have not received the original documents. Also, I do not get any response regarding the status of the documents. The only thing I am told is that as soon as the Nagpur office receives the documents, I will be contacted.

Please look into the matter to enable me to receive the original documents asap.
