At Valasaravakkam branch, if you directly submit your loan application, if you submit a genuine loan application with income proof, three years tax returns etc, they will not entertain you.

They find flimsy grounds for rejection that tax return is not filed in within due date even-though you might have filed within the extended deadline by IT department.

This is mainly because, you are not approaching them through the middle man available there.

Complaints to regional manager and zonal manager will not bring any relief.
