LIC Housing Loan
Change in ROI without notice

Dear All,

I took loan from LIC in August -09 at 8.5 ROI, and with in 3 months it has been changed to 10%.

As per my sanction letter its right as it was issued in month of June-09.

I want to complain that many collagues took loan in same month from LIC and they are still paying 8.5 ROI.

even after 3 months.

I tried to get the real problem and they told me that this rate is fixed for them for 3 years. I saw there sanction letter and there is no difference in my and there terms and condition.

Then why i should pay 10 %, it's completely nonsense LIC is making fool to people.

Today i am paying highr interest than any other bank. Please tell me how can i switch to other bank or to other plan where my Intereset can be fixed at 8.5.
