LATE PAYMENT FOR HOUSING LOAN DISBURSEMENT

Dear Sir

Myself P G Hegde have taken the Housing Loan from your esteemed organization of Rs 20 lakhs for the flat at Gurgaon (Haryana).

Raheja developers sent the demand letter on 6th mar to me and I have forworded the same to you on 12th mar.

Final date for receiving the cheque was 31st mar. They have received the cheque only on 15th April.(15 days late)

Due to your utter negligence and irresponsible way of working I had to pay late payment penalty Rs 2565 and also I lost the timely payment discount

Offer of Rs 1.8 lakhs. My loan A/C No is 11057131 and File No is 213996.I have taken the loan from Faridabad branch. Kindly arrange to repay the penalty

and discount charges as this is purely your blunder mistake. I was regularly following with Mr Ashutosh Area Manager. But he has not taken any interest to

resolve the same. Kindly do the needful
